Uniontown, Ohio-based Fire Containment Concepts is on hand here at NBAA (Booth 3894) to demonstrate its line of fire-containment bags for lithium-ion batteries. According to the company, its fire-containment product is intended to contain blazes with temperatures of more than 2,200 deg F, as well as a majority of the smoke arising from such a situation. The bags feature an integral fire suppression system that will automatically deploy if a set temperature within the bag is exceeded.
