Duncan Aviation is moving its Duncan Intelligence Live tech support function to the Aircraft Electronics Association show in Nashville, which begins today. Duncan Intelligence Live will feature Duncan Aviation avionics tech reps Curt Campbell, Dan Magnus, Scott McKenzie and Larry Troyer working one-on-one with avionics dealers, aircraft owners and operators (at Booth No. 604) during open exhibition hall hours. In addition, Troyer and Campbell will each present basic troubleshooting seminars on autopilot maintenance and Magnus will give a presentation on radar troubleshooting.

“We're trying something different this year,” Campbell told AIN. “Normally we sit at our desks at Duncan and field telephone calls from people with broken airplanes. This year we’re bringing our desks with us, and we’ll be operating our help center on location at the show. We’ll have telephones, computers and everything we need to do our day-to-day jobs on location. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to interact with us personally. We want people to know about the service we provide and have a better understanding of what we can do for our customers. What better way than to let them see us do in real time?”
