High-end cabinetry and upholstery specialist Custom Aircraft Cabinets (CAC) recently doubled the fabrication capacity with the addition of a second multipurpose Thermwood, three-axis CNC router for more precise, ready-to-assemble cabinetry components.

“The addition of the second, more advanced, router provides us much-improved downstream capacity and it immediately gives us superior flexibility in both quality and flow time,” said co-owner Mike Gueringer.

CAC recently moved to a new, 146,000-sq-ft facility in Sherwood, Ark. The company, in business since 1989, is dedicated solely to supplying build-ready cabinetry and upholstery components for both the OEM and independent completion industries.
