Jet Aviation Basel signed an agreement at EBACE with Custom Control Concepts (Booth 385) of Kent, Washington, to become the company's exclusive authorized service center in Europe. Custom Control Concepts provides custom inflight entertainment equipment, lighting and cabin management systems to high-end jets and heads-of-state aircraft.

“This agreement will provide our end customers with faster turnaround times on repairs and improved overall service,” said Custom Control Concepts president Bill Weaver. “We look forward to working with the Jet Aviation team to support our mutual customers.”

Jet Aviation Basel, with 1,200 employees, will provide warranty support for Custom Control Concepts, as well as standard repair and refurbishment of the company's equipment on board aircraft. The MRO is an approved service center for Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Dassault, Embraer and Gulfstream aircraft and holds both FAA and EASA repair station ratings (in addition to certificates for 21 other national aviation authorities).
