AviIT’s eMan Solution team is eager to show Heli-Expo ’13 attendees the versatility of its eMan framework, which provides efficient distribution of technical publications for maintenance professionals. The software infrastructure has the ability to cut operating costs for librarians, IT departments and maintenance technicians servicing aircraft.

The eMan system enables any format of documentation to be accessed and viewed from any location, on a wide range of computers and other digital delivery systems, including iPad tablet computers, over any type of communication network. With a Web-based interface users can see the electronic documentation in their system with a consistent user interface. The eMan system’s optional Read & Sign system allows maintenance professionals to acknowledge receipt of key documents.

The company offers document hosting in the U.S. and Europe, or company-server-based or cloud-based solutions.

In January this year AviIT (Booth No. C2431) announced the formation of the eMan user group, which pulls together client airlines, MROs, consultants and AviIT staff to help them get the most the benefits from the eMan document management and distribution solution.
