Goodrich yesterday completed its acquisition of Lake Suzy, Fla.-based Winslow Marine Products, a provider of life rafts to the business aviation, helicopter and marine markets. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The life raft manufacturer was founded in 1941 and privately owned until this month. Goodrich itself is being acquired by United Technologies in an $18 billion deal announced last month.
