Rockwell Collins said it has completed its $130 million purchase of satellite communication network designer DataPath in Duluth, Georgia. DataPath and its Swe-Dish Satellite Solutions subsidiary in Sweden will operate under the Rockwell Collins brand as part of the company’s government systems business. Rockwell Collins plans to leverage DataPath’s mobile multiband satellite terminals and network integration expertise for military communications products. Last year, DataPath reported revenues of $23 million.
