Ballots for the election of three new board members were available at the HAI Annual Membership Breakfast and Meeting yesterday morning. Counting of the ballots took place last night and the new board members will be announced at this evening’s “Salute to Excellence” Awards Dinner.

On the ballot for two regular-member/commercial board positions were: David Chevalier, CEO, Blue Hawaiian Helicopters; Mark Gibson, vice president administration, Timberland Logging; Fred Layton, general manager, Gulf Helicopters; and Kenneth Testa, COO, Stars & Stripes Air Tours.

On the ballot for one regular-member/corporate private board position were: Torbjorn Corell, chief pilot, Southern California Edison; and Russ Galtieri, training captain S-76, General Electric.
