Lufthansa Bombardier Aviation Services (Stand No. 410) launched its new Maintenance Plus customer loyalty program here at the MEBA show yesterday. The new offering is similar to an airline frequent-flyer program. It allows customers to earn loyalty points based on how much they spend, how much of their bill has been paid and their contractual relationship with the company.
LBAS is an authorized service center providing full maintenance, repair and overhaul services for all of Bombardier’s business aircraft, including the Learjet, Challenger and Global Express families. It is located at Berlin’s Schoenefeld Airport and is a joint venture between Lufthansa Technik, Bombardier and ExecuJet Aviation Europe.
Maintenance Plus consists of three levels of loyalty: Platinum, Gold and Silver. Each offers different incentives such as special aircraft-on-ground support and customized contracts to meet the particular needs of an individual operator.
