Metro Aviation, a helicopter completion, repair and service center and air medical services provider based in Shreveport, La., yesterday afternoon at Booth No. 1015 announced inauguration of a customer satisfaction, quality control and product development system it calls the I-Three program–for imagination, innovation and integration.
