Jeffrey Lee has been named chairman of the NBAA board of directors. He previously served as vice chairman and treasurer, and he replaces Kenneth Emerick, who will continue to serve on the executive committee. Pat Cunningham will replace Lee.
Duncan Aviation has promoted Todd Duncan to chairman of the company. He succeeds his father, Robert Duncan, who retired September 24. Robert will continue to serve as chairman emeritus.

Harry Johnson, founder of Cimarron Helicopters, has joined the board of directors of the UK’s Action Aviation. Johnson has also owned various FBOs, including Million Air in Oklahoma City.
Sentient Flight Group has promoted Steven Hankin to CEO. He has served as president and COO since Sentient Jet’s merger with JetDirect Aviation. Former CEO Greg Campbell will remain chairman of the board of directors.
Dean Atchison has acquired Spectrum Aeromed, a manufacturer of air ambulance equipment for fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft, and will serve as president and CEO. Dr. Scott Atchison has been named medical director.
Universal Avionics Systems announced the retirement of Charles Edmondson. Edmondson and the late Hubert Naimer founded the company in 1980 in Torrance, Calif. Most recently Edmondson served as senior corporate vice president and as a member of the board of directors.
John Selvaggio has been selected to head Comair. He was previously CEO of Delta’s discount subsidiary, Song. He replaces Don Bornhorst, who recently accepted a position as v-p of Delta Connection.
Ray Druseikis has assumed on an interim basis the role of CFO, treasurer and secretary of AirNet Systems. He is replacing Gary Qualmann, who recently resigned.
