New York based W.S. Wilson and Singapore’s Hypercoat Enterprises are partnering to open a product-distribution center in Singapore. The operation will be a wholly owned W.S. Wilson subsidiary, W.S. Wilson Asia.

According to the company, the Singapore product center was formed in response to the fast-growing Southeast Asian aerospace market and specifically customer demands for local inventory and an improved ability to address AOG requirements.

The operation will provide an inventory of a variety of bearings, rod-ends and bushings, and a platform from which to explore and implement innovative ways of product support, simplifying the supply chain process for the airlines and MRO operations in the area.
