Mike Redenbaugh, who joined Bell Helicopter in May 2003 as president after being a v-p at Honeywell engines, resigned from the company last month. Textron, Bell’s parent, named Textron executive Richard Millman to replace Redenbaugh. Textron chairman, president and CEO Lewis Campbell gave no reason for Redenbaugh’s departure, but did say, “With the tremendous growth trajectory anticipated for Bell Helicopter, we are putting a strong operations executive in place to ensure we meet the current and future needs of our customers. There are wonderful growth opportunities ahead, and we are accelerating our focus on execution to ensure we make the most of them.”
