Raytheon Aircraft Company announced several promotions. The company named Brad Stancil, formerly v-p of piston engine aircraft sales and resale sales, president of domestic Beechcraft sales. Don Mercer, most recently manager of pre-owned sales for the Beechcraft line, has been named director of Beechcraft resale. Kevin Parker will become general manager of the company’s aircraft servicing facility in Fulton County, Ga.
Anthony Kioussis is the vice president and new head of Jet Aviation’s aircraft sales division in the U.S. Kioussis has previously worked for British Aerospace and JSSI.
Universal Avionics promoted Paul DeHerrera to v-p of marketing and product support. DeHerrera was most recently senior marketing director for the company.
Stacey Hollis was named southeast regional engine manager for Pratt & Whitney Canada engine products. John Wright, the company’s v-p of business aviation and military engines, is retiring this month. Wright joined United Aircraft of Canada (which later became Pratt & Whitney Canada) in 1970 as an installation engineer.
Dayton, Ohio-based National Aviation Hall of Fame appointed Ron Kaplan to executive director. Kaplan has served as interim executive director since December.
Houston-based JB&A Aviation named Hester Smith director of research. Smith joined the company from Boeing, where she was a business analyst for Phantom Works, Boeing’s R&D unit.
