William Tanis Jr. and Matthew Betty were named directors of managed aircraft sales for Raytheon Aircraft Charter and Management. Tanis was most recently president/owner of IdealAir. Betty was previously regional v-p of aircraft sales for UltraJet Club in Cleveland and regional v-p of charter sales for Executive Jet Management. In other Raytheon news, Jeff Curry was promoted to general manager for Raytheon Aircraft Services’ San Antonio facility. He was most recently general manager of Raytheon Aircraft’s Dallas location in support of Flight Options.

Business Jet Center announced three personnel appointments. Dave Mills was promoted to general manager of the Oakland International Airport facility. Sheila Opitz was promoted to marketing director in charge of advertising, promotions and public relations for the company’s facilities at Oakland International and Dallas Love Field as well as for sister company Business Jet Services. Brian Hoffman was named general manager of Business Jet Services.

Orlando, Fla.-based ASIG named Kim Osborne senior director of sales and customer service and David Pittman CFO. Osborne was most recently regional vice president for the eastern and Caribbean regions for Worldwide Flight Services. Pittman was previously CFO of two Delta Air Lines divisions: Song Airways and Delta Technology.
