Dan Colussy was named interim CEO of Bethesda, Md.-based Iridium Satellite, replacing Carmen Lloyd, who retired. Colussy is a founding investor and former CEO of Iridium Satellite and chairman of Iridium Holdings.

Columbus, Ohio-based Aircraft Logs.com named Eric Roy executive v-p of AirNet systems.

Premier Jet named Craig Foster its general manager. He was previously regional director of Atlantic Aviation at John Wayne Airport in Orange County, Calif.

Jeff Moore was named senior v-p of operations for Cedar Rapids, Iowa-based Rockwell Collins.

Concord, Mass.-based Wingspeed named David Borkowski v-p of worldwide sales. He was most recently director of sales and business development for the Americas at Rockwell Collins.

Lynnwood, Wash.-based Crane Aerospace & Electronics promoted Ron Kato to aerospace group v-p of customer satisfaction. He was v-p of customers and solutions.

Robert Frost was promoted to v-p of aircraft management sales for PrivatAir. He was previously operations manager.

Rob Penrod was named v-p of manufacturing for Englewood, Colo.-based Adam Aircraft. Penrod joins the company from Bell Helicopter, where he was director of operations.

Jet Aviation named Richard Kunert v-p of safety, standards and regulatory affairs.

James Ross was named pre-owned aircraft sales director for Savannah, Ga.-based Gulfstream Aerospace. Ross was most recently regional v-p for TAG Aviation in Laguna Niguel, Calif.

Precision Aircraft Components named Chuck Tufano operations director and board member. He was previously CEO of Unisource.

Lincoln, Mass.-based Avidyne promoted Paul Hathaway to director of OEM product marketing and Jamie Luster to director of U.S. aftermarket sales. Hathaway was previously an OEM sales manager for Avidyne. Luster was most recently Avidyne’s aftermarket product marketing manager.

Landmark Aviation announced the following personnel appointments: David Lamb, v-p and general manager of its Los Angeles International Airport operation; Harvey Ticlo, senior v-p of MRO operations; Ron Soret v-p of operations for Landmark’s Associated Air Center at Dallas Love Field; and Tracine Anderson, general manager of the company’s Raleigh Durham FBO.

Richmond, British Columbia-based Acrohelipro Global Services announced the following personnel appointments: Shaun Stubbs, director of operations; Steve Walford, sales manager for Western Canada and Hawaii; and Marty Blough, sales manager of the company’s Andalusia, Ala. facility.

Chris Heredia joined McKinney Aerospace as regional sales manager.

Satellite Beach, Fla.-based Satcom Direct named Scott Hamilton v-p of business and strategic development. He was previously the director of flight-support services at Honeywell.

FlightSafety International announced the following appointments: Paul Hewett, center manager of the Farnborough Learning Center; Rudy Toering, managing director of Europe business development; Blaine Little, center manager for the company’s learning center in Toledo, Ohio; John Marino, v-p of defense training systems; and Gary Porterfield, assistant manager of the West Palm Beach, Fla. learning center.

Overland Park, Kan.-based Multi Service Aviation named Brenda Vann and Renee Owen to its team of regional managers.

David Potter was named v-p of aircraft sales for Thunder Aviation. He was previously director of aircraft sales at Sabreliner.

Dallas Airmotive named Ed Koss a field service representative for the Rolls-Royce 250 program.

Dennis DeSousa was named director of sales for the West Coast region for First Flight Management.

Brian Beair was named director of aircraft asset management for The Nordam Group.

PNC Equipment Finance named Terence Begley to succeed James Meighen as head of its corporate equipment leasing and aircraft finance group.

Seattle-based Galvin Flying Services named Doug Wilson director of line operations and customer service.

Gregory Eldredge joined Midcoast Aviation as southeast regional sales manager. He was previously national director of sales and marketing for Raytheon Aircraft Services and general manager of Raytheon’s Fulton County FBO and service center in Atlanta.

Michael O’Malley was appointed chief of staff for the FAA. He was deputy assistant secretary for transportation policy for U.S. Secretary of Transportation Norman Mineta. O’Malley replaces David Mandell.

Paul Lhote is the new chief pilot at Pittsburgh-based CJ Systems Aviation Group. He replaces Rich Gross.

John Forehand was chosen to head Northwest Aircraft’s Piper Aircraft and Maintenance Center in Aurora, Ore. Forehand was manager of Arizona Piper.

Phoenix-based Cutter Aviation named Phil Scharber regional charter sales manager. Scharber was previously involved with aircraft sales for United Beechcraft in Van Nuys, Calif.

Wilson Air Center named Heidi Lirette supervisor of customer relations at its newest location at Houston-Hobby Airport. She was previously customer service concierge of Atlantic Aviation.

Kenny Warren is the new director of global aviation fuels for ExxonMobil Aviation. He replaces Bryan Milton.

Monaco Air Duluth named Rick Hagberg aircraft maintenance manager of its Cirrus Service Center. He most recently operated his own business rebuilding Cirrus aircraft and installing air conditioning systems.

Dick Christopher was named Hawker program manager for Greenville, S.C.-based Stevens Aviation. He was previously service manager of Raytheon’s Little Rock service facility. Jim Williams was named Beechcraft service director for the company’s Donaldson Center facility.

Dan Reida was promoted to director of worldwide marketing for Tucson, Ariz.-based Universal Avionics.

Brenda Miears-Norwood joined World Fuel Services working on domestic FBO business development. Michelle Lalor joined the company as a regional sales representative.

John Provenzano was named director of government affairs for GAMA. He joins the organization from the Aerospace Industries Association, where he was in charge of advocacy on all civil aviation issues.

Lancaster, Pa.-based Extra Aircraft named Jeff Walraven CFO.

Matthew Schepers joined the paint and interior completion sales team at Lincoln, Neb.-based Duncan Aviation.
