Waterford, Mich.-based Tradewinds Aviation is changing its name to Corporate Eagle Management Service and is discontinuing its flight training operations. According to president and CEO Rick Nini, the company will focus solely on its flight department services. SheltAir Aviation Services last month announced it will acquire the former Jet Executive Center FBO at Florida’s St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport (PIE), pending airport approval. A complete renovation of the FBO executive terminal, including a new business center and extensive renovations to the lobby and office complex, are planned, said SheltAir.
