Perrone Aerospace has unveiled two new “royalty” additions to its array of premium leathers and textiles.

The Fultonville, N.Y.-based company’s new Contessa leather is an extension of Perrone’s successful Royalty leather portfolio. Through a proprietary milling process, Perrone craftsmen have created a luxurious feel with the appearance of a subtle “shrunken” pebble grain.

Perrone Aerospace is at NBAA with “a full selection of its finest leathers and textiles, created specifically for the corporate and private jet market.”
In particular, the Fultonville, N.Y.-based company (Booth No. C9426) will preview its new custom quilted leather for seating design alternatives. The line will allow customers to select from standard designs or submit their own unique designs.

Perrone Aerospace (Booth No. 4468) has launched its “Lifecycle Sustainability” initiative, a program that encompasses green practices throughout the leather and textiles provider’s manufacturing and refurbishing processes. Also part of the effort is “a commitment to producing leathers and materials that are environmentally and human-health-friendly.”

Perrone Aerospace, a Fultonville, N.Y.-based provider of leather and textiles, has been expanding its capabilities, adding the first laser-guided, water-jet cutting machine to be used in the U.S. on leather products. The water-jet cutter is designed to produce extremely close tolerances of less than 0.004 of an inch, reducing scrap leather.
