The UK’s Marshall Aerospace and NetJets Europe are expanding their agreement for support of the fractional’s Citation fleet. Marshall said it is spending £5 million ($9.9 million) to extend its facilities and add new services to its Cambridge base to support the Citations. The company’s new hangar and FBO will offer 24-hour service and support to NetJets, with an MRO capability and access to an expanded spares inventory.

Canada has selected the Herc Solutions team to provide ongoing support services for its aging 31-strong Lockheed CC-130 Hercules fleet. Herc Solutions is a team of four major global C-130 support players, with Cascade Aerospace of Abbotsford, Canada, as prime contractor. The other team members are Derco Aerospace, Marshall Aerospace and Standard Aero.

Britain’s Marshall Aerospace group (Hall 4 Stand A12) and U.S. manufacturer Lockheed Martin is celebrating a 40-year relationship that looks set to continue for about another 25 years. The two companies have worked together since the mid-1960s to support British operations of C-130 Hercules military transport aircraft and will be in a new contract expected to run until about 2030.

Landmark Aviation, The Carlyle Group’s FBO and maintenance business, is pursuing global growth. Having rebranded two of its three components under the Landmark identity last fall, president Shawn Vick said the company has adopted a “structured approach” to expansion through mergers, acquisitions and partnerships.
