Membership of the Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA) is growing as the group’s new leadership team takes steps to expand its operations. According to AsBAA chairman Jean-Noel Robert, 10 new member companies have joined the Hong Kong-based group in recent weeks.

NBAA will again host the Asian Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (ABACE), on January 18 and 19, 2011. The recession prompted the association to cancel the ABACE show that was to have been held earlier this year in February.

The Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA) is to stage a new trade show called Asian Business Aviation. The event has been launched in partnership with Reed Exhibitions and will be held in Hong Kong Sept. 8 to 10, 2009, as part of the larger Asian Aerospace show.

The Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA) is partnering with Reed Exhibitions to bring business aviation to Asian Aerospace 2009, scheduled for September 8 to 10 at the Asia-World Expo in Hong Kong. The new event, called Asian Business Aviation, was announced on Monday. “The outlook for Asian business aviation continues to be promising,” said AsBAA chairman Chuck Woods.

NBAA has cancelled the 2009 Asian Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (ABACE). The event was scheduled to take place in Hong Kong on February 11 and 12, and the association announced the cancellation on December 23 in response to the worsening economic situation.

The Asian Business Aviation Conference and Exhibition (ABACE) will return to Hong Kong next year, increasing to a two-day format, February 3 and 4. This year, the U.S. National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) and the Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA) jointly staged a one-day forum in Hong Kong on February 14.
