Carefree, Ariz.-based airborne communications provider Execjet Mobile is on hand at the NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference this week in San Antonio, Texas, to demonstrate the latest version of the Bizjet Mobile Portable platform. The latest version, V3.0, allows for onboard SMS text, SMS emails and satellite calls.

“The addition of the integrated Iridium transceiver plug now gives our portable system worldwide phone capabilities unmatched in the industry in conjunction with our SMS text and SMS email service,” said Ron Chapman, chairman of the system’s Australian developer ASIQ. The new system costs $45,000, which includes a one-year parts/labor warranty and one-year software update.
