StandardAero has appointed Tom Roche vice president of turboprop business, which includes the Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A and PW100 service lines. Previously, Roche was vice president of StandardAero’s helicopters business unit.

Constant Aviation–a Cleveland, Ohio-based maintenance, repair and overhaul operation–has expanded its Cleveland Hopkins International Airport facility. The 25,000-sq-ft expansion will provide additional space for scheduled and AOG maintenance, and the interior modification/refurbishment division.
Hawker Beechcraft has broken ground on a 48,000-sq-ft company-owned factory service center at General Mariano Escobedo International Airport in Monterrey, Mexico. The facility is scheduled to open next spring. Construction of this new facility follows the previously announced addition of a Hawker Beechcraft Services facility in Wilmington, Del.
Fort Lauderdale-based Banyan Air Service’s maintenance team has partnered with Texas Turbine Conversions of Celina, Texas. The pair plans to perform engine upgrades on the Cessna Caravan using a Texas Turbine Conversions-developed supplemental type certificate called the Supervan 900.
