The U.S. DOT is considering limiting the BARR program to companies only with "bonafide security concerns." If your company is currently enrolled but would be ineligible under the new limitations, what would the effect be for your flight department?

No real effect–we’d continue flying our fleet as we have in the past under BARR. We were enrolled more for convenience than necessity.
A little effect–our principals would fly aboard the company aircraft for routine flights, but would use more anonymous charter or fractional lift on trips that require secrecy.
I’m not sure–our principals covet being anonymous and might decide to close the flight department in favor of charter or fractional lift.
A big effect–our principals absolutely require anonymity and would definitely close the flight department in favor of charter or fractional lift.
