Now that the FAA will issue special-issuance medicals for pilots on antidepressants, would you hire a pilot, or allow an existing pilot, who is taking FAA-approved antidepressants, to fly for your flight department?

We'd allow existing pilots approved for these meds, but would not hire pilots with such approvals.
No, it's just too risky. We can't allow any pilot with even a minor mental health disorder to fly for us.
