With the advent of reliable low-cost tablet devices and apps for them such as Jeppesen Mobile TC and ForeFlight, would you be concerned if Jeppesen and/or the FAA (NACO) stopped printing paper approach charts (but not IFR/VFR en route charts)?

Yes, I would be concerned. I still use only charts printed and distributed by Jeppesen or the FAA.
Somewhat concerned, but I'd probably be OK with printing out charts using a computer (JeppView or NACO PDFs).
No concerns. We still like paper, but we already just print out charts using a computer (JeppView or NACO PDFs).
No concerns. We already use an EFB or a tablet during approaches, and we print out essential charts as backups.
No concerns. We're fully electronic (EFBs or tablets) and don't even carry paper backups.
