Aero Maintenance Group (AMG) announced it has acquired Dallas-based Flite Components Inc., an FAA-certified repair station with more than 50 years of experience in the repair, overhaul and distribution of rotable components for aircraft.

Ben Quevedo, AMG CEO, said Flite Components’ strategic location at Dallas Love Field will strengthen the parent company’s ability to offer repairs to operators worldwide. Established in 1948, Flite Components specializes in hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel and electro-mechanical component repair and maintains a large rotables inventory to service AOG requirements.

AMG provides repair and parts support services through three other FAA-licensed subsidiary companies: Aero Technologies and Inter-Safe, both in Miami, and Air-Pro, with facilities in Miami and Copenhagen, Denmark.
