Flying the Bombardier Global 6000
AIN senior editor Matt Thurber flew Bombardier’s new Global 6000 on June 1 at Bradley International Airport near Hartford, Conn., along with Bombardier demo pilot Bruce Duggan and chief pilot, flight operations Yann Lemasson. While the airplane isn’t too different from its predecessor, the Global XRS, the Vision cockpit is all new and features the Rockwell Collins Pro Line Fusion avionics system.
