Apple, Android and BlackBerry owners operating Sikorsky aircraft have a new tool to help them interface with Sikorsky Aerospace Services. SAS has launched new mobile applications for the Sikorsky360 Web portal, a proprietary online support capability currently used by more than 4,000 operators globally.

Mobile360 provides access to Commercial Helotrac 2X Maintenance Management System, a software suite that supports Sikorsky’s military and commercial helicopters as well as fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft built by other OEMs. Helotrac 2X records, manages and reports essential information for enhanced fleet management operations. Additionally, it supports Plug Locator Applications, a software program that precisely locates specific electrical components throughout the aircraft. By streamlining access to required maintenance information, these tools help customers reduce operating expenses.

SAS is also developing additional enhancements for Mobile360, including mobile access to E-notifications, interactive electronic technical manuals and downloadable mobile applications.
