Aviation Catering Consultants Aims to Standardize Catering

Business aviation catering took a substantial step toward standardizing international safety and standards with the official launch of Aviation Catering Consultants. The new consulting firm is designed to “address the most critical catering-related challenges, act as a catalyst for improvements and engage in research and development for the betterment of the business aviation catering industry.” Training will be available for caterers and flight attendants.
