Skyservice Business Aviation, headquartered in Montréal, celebrated the chain’s 25th anniversary in August. Starting in 1986 with an FBO at Montréal-Pierre Elliot Trudeau International Airport, the company has since added locations in Toronto and Calgary, all offering up to heavy maintenance capabilities for a variety of business jets and turboprops. Its Argus platinum-rated aircraft charter division manages a fleet of approximately 50 aircraft, ranging from a Piaggio Avanti to a Global 5000, and the company is the first non-U.S.-based operation to complete the Air Charter Safety Foundation audit. The company also operates a medevac unit with five dedicated Learjet 35 air ambulances.
