Dassault Aviation has promoted Gilles Gautier from deputy v-p of sales to v-p of Falcon sales for the Eastern Hemisphere, replacing Alain Aubry, who retired.

Gary Martin, most recently leader, aerospace integrated supply chain-engine systems and accessories at Honeywell International, has joined Bombardier’s customer services team as v-p of sales, marketing and service programs.

Corporate aviation medical training and service provider AirCare Solutions Group announced Jeff Roberts as its new owner, president and CEO. He succeeds former owner Doug Mykol, who will remain in a consulting capacity.

Alenia North America has promoted John Young, Jr. to CEO. He was previously CEO of subsidiary Alenia North America Defense.

Honeywell has appointed Pritam Bhavnani president of Honeywell Aerospace in India. He was previously the v-p of customer and product support at Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix.

David Dolstein, senior v-p of air medical transport provider Air Methods’ community-based services division, has retired. He is succeeded by Ed Rupert, who was promoted from regional v-p.

Ralph D’Ambrosio has been promoted to senior v-p of L-3 Communications. He retains his current role as CFO. Dan Azmon, the company’s controller and principal accounting officer, has been named v-p.

Private aviation provider Aviation Services Elite has named Shelley Hedrick director of sales and marketing.

Jet Aviation has appointed Florent Feltrin its new MRO regional sales director for Central Europe.

Kevin Hiatt has joined the Flight Safety Foundation as executive v-p.

UK-based private aviation provider Air Partner has promoted Celine Shabbas from director of group marketing to director of UK trading. She replaces Philip Mathews, who is heading the company’s North American operations as president of Air Partner Inc.

Peter Wilkinson, formerly Cessna’s v-p of parts distribution, has been tapped as general manager of the company’s McCauley Propeller Systems operations, while Bill Collier, currently v-p of Cessna’s Citation parts distribution, will assume control of the turbine and propeller aircraft parts distribution groups.

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University has promoted Dr. John Watret to executive v-p and chief academic officer of its worldwide campus.

Tempe, Ariz.-based MRO provider StandardAero has appointed Dale Hawkins, previously with Kal-Aero/Duncan Aviation, to the newly created position of airframe sales manager for business aviation.

Glenn MacDonald was appointed president of Atlanta-based corporate aircraft parts supplier Professional Aviation Associates.

Basil Barimo has joined Tulsa, Okla.-based maintenance service provider Nordam Group as its new v-p of global engineering and quality.

Gulfstream has named Richard Shaw manager of its Gulfstream PlaneParts program. Before this appointment he was with Bombardier product support in Montreal. The airframer also tapped Joanne Davis, formerly contracts manager with General Dynamics Land Systems, as its new director of government contracts.

Moline, Ill.-based business aviation services company Elliott Aviation has hired Derrick Seys as engineering manager.

Larry Dean, most recently director of business development for ACM Aviation and Jet Choice, has joined Centennial, Colo.-based International Jet Aviation Services as director of sales and marketing.

Uvalde, Texas-based Citation MRO specialist Sierra Industries has named Bobby Smith program manager.

General Dynamics Aviation Services has named two new component repair and overhaul regional sales managers for product support sales. Vince Jimenez, previously Gulfstream’s Long Beach service center scheduler, and Mark White, formerly senior spare parts sales administrator at the GDAS and Gulfstream facilities in Dallas, will each support the company’s California facility.

Seattle-based Raisbeck Engineering has named Tobin Shackelford to the position of sales manager, Learjet and special missions. Taisha Fernandez was selected as a sales and marketing assistant.
