Universal Wx axes Feras services

Universal Weather & Aviation has discontinued use of the services of Far East Russia Aircraft Services (Feras), a joint venture between Universal Weather and two individuals formerly responsible for the management of Feras. A U.S. criminal indictment was unsealed in January against Feras and the two individual stockholders. Regardless, Feras, which is now under new management, said it is “prepared to continue supporting” business aircraft operations in Russia and the CIS.
