Houston-based Universal Weather & Aviation unveiled its UVglobal Network ground-handling service for corporate aircraft worldwide. Marketed under the slogan, “The end to ground turbulence,” the network consists of 45 ground-support offices in 35 countries designed to provide “consistent and reliable” ground services for its business aviation customers.

Every UVglobal Network ground handler wears an identical uniform, making service representatives readily identifiable. Universal spent more than a year setting up the program, visiting each network FBO to ensure that its strict standards were met. Yearly audits seek to maintain a high level of service and professionalism among all network members.
