Fractional web site promises user data

A new Web site, scheduled to be fully operational this month, promises to provide data on the major fractional programs, including detailed descriptions of aircraft ages, flight tracker, classified ads for buying and selling shares and a “complete database” of owners. The site (www.jet-fractions.com) will also have a forum for pilot unionization efforts, a “true trip planner to prevent owners from being overcharged” and a pilot discussion forum, according to the site’s providers.
