MedAire, the Phoenix-based company that provides medical training and emergency medical assistance, is the newest supplier to join Jet Fleet International (JFI). Under the arrangement, MedAire will offer discounts to business aviation members of JFI. Jet Fleet International was founded last year in Tempe, Ariz., by well known aviators Bob Hoover and Gene Cernan to negotiate “preferred fleet pricing” by aviation suppliers on behalf of its members. Other JFI partners include CAE SimuFlite, Avcard, BizJet, Shell Aviation, Pegasus Travel, Mercury Air Centers, Jeppesen and Wyvern Consulting.
