As part of an effort to consolidate its engine, avionics and brake and wheel divisions with the aim of improving product support and customer service, Honeywell Aerospace has appointed Adrian Paull v-p of customer and product support. Paull told AIN that the restructuring is part of a “big push to simplify and improve customer support.” For example, Honeywell now has a single telephone number customers can call for “all product-supportinquiries,” (800) 601-3099, and “one central office” willbe established for administering parts for all of thedivision’s products. Most of the fundamental changes should be accomplished over the “next three to six months,” Paull said. The shakeup at Honeywell comes on the heels of Rob Gillette’s appointment as president and CEO of the aerospace division, based in Phoenix.
