John Reimers was named president and CEO of Aviation Partners Boeing. He was most recently chairman and CEO of Compass Aerospace.

Victorville Aerospace, located in Victorville, Calif., announced the following appointments: Ron Stotz, president; Dave Graham, v-p of operations; Carla Cunningham, director of contracts; Warren Gauthier, director of quality; Lin Roberts, director of sales and marketing; Charlie Gebhardt, director of maintenance; Steve Sales, chief inspector; and Jason Bennett, Buck Canterbury and Tony Gonzales, hangar managers.

Craig Johnson has joined Englewood, Colo.-based Adam Aircraft as COO. He joins the company from Northrop Grumman’s electronic sector, where he held various executive positions.

Jim Hopkins was promoted to v-p of FBO operations at Landmark Aviation. He was previously v-p of large fleets and government contracts. The Tempe, Ariz.-based company also named Brian Watkins v-p of technology and Mark Larsen v-p of large fleets and government contracts.

Shannon Standish joined Carlsbad, Calif.-based Schubach Aviation as chief pilot. Standish was most recently an instructor and check pilot for Hawker jets at CAE SimuFlite in Dallas.

Raytheon Aircraft appointed Jimmy Helmick director of completions operations for its Hawker business in Little Rock, Ark.

Montreal-based CAE named Jim O’Connell general manager of its new Northeast Training Center near Morristown Airport in New Jersey.

Jodi Balestrieri was named executive v-p and director of sales and marketing for Fairfax, Va.-based Private Air Charters.

Flight Options named Ray Bennett v-p of sales. He was the company’s regional sales director for the Southeast territory.

St. Petersburg, Fla.-based Avantair named Charles White Jr. v-p of flight operations. He was previously director of control center operations at Flight Options.

Pete Pedicino joined Executive Jet Management as western region v-p for management and charter sales.

Gary Porterfield was promoted to assistant manager of FlightSafety’s West Palm Beach, Fla. learning center.

Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Commuter Air Technology named Charles Aybar director of business development. Aybar was v-p of sales and marketing at the company from the 1990s through 2001.

Kevin Worthington joined Duncan Aviation as engine service sales representative. Rick Eveleigh joined the company as Chicago satellite shop manager. Duncan also named Phil Suglia manager of FBO services and Kristen Cotugno and Natalie Hosfeld aircraft refurbishment designers.

Mike Clarke was named territorial sales director for Scandinavia and sub-Saharan Africa for Dallas Airmotive. The company also named Gary Freeman regional engine manager for the Southwestern U.S. He was most recently regional sales manager for Western Aircraft. Steve Hubble was named regional engine manager for the western U.S.

Mineral Wells, Texas-based S-Tec named Jerry Doyle West Coast regional sales manager.

Daniel Drake joined Cleveland-based AirExcellence as scheduling/dispatch administrator. He was most recently the schedulers and dispatchers supervisor for a large regional flight operation.

Frank Jehle joined Tucson, Ariz.-based Universal Avionics as product support and field service engineer.

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University named Dr. Thomas Connolly chancellor of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Daytona Beach, Fla. location, and Dr. Martha Hollis director of distance learning.

Chesterfield, Mo.-based Avmats named Kevin Malutinok director of business development. He was previously employed by Midcoast Aviation and was director of maintenance for Monsanto corporate flight department.

Steven Kellner was named quality control manager for Houston-based Air Security International.

Julie DeStefano joined the Tampa International Jet Center team as a customer service manager.

Leominster, Mass.-based Alto Aviation named Richard Wood manufacturing manager.

Memphis-based Iviation named Jeff McLain director of technical services.
