328Jet Damaged in Abort Accident

The NTSB’s preliminary report of the June 3 accident involving a Dornier 328Jet, N328PD, that overran the runway and ended up on a street after an aborted takeoff from Manassas Regional Airport, Va., said the flight crew reported an “airspeed miscompare.” Neither the two pilots nor six passengers were seriously injured. The airplane was “substantially damaged.”
