West Star Aviation Names Elam as Regional Sales Manager

David Elam has joined West Star Aviation as its Northeast regional sales manager. Elam brings 22 years of experience in the aviation industry with him to West Star Aviation. A graduate of the University of Southern California Aviation Safety School, Elam is a certified A&P technician and a Gulfstream aircraft master technician. He will be responsible for providing technical and sales support.
