Professional Aircraft Accessories had a formal reopening of its facility to mark completion of its 20,000-sq-ft expansion. The addition brings the total facility size to approximately 60,000 sq ft. A spokeswoman for the company told AIN, “The demand for work, particularly landing gear work, necessitated the expansion.”

The addition also provides room for growth of the company’s service area, accessory shop, instrument and avionics lab, expanded machine shop and paint shop.

“This day has been made possible through the collaboration of the public and private sector as well as the support of our parent company, Greenwich AeroGroup,” said Robert Bial, president of Professional Aircraft Accessories. “We have been in this community since the company was founded in 1997 and the local support we have received has been tremendous.”

The Economic Development Commission first worked with Professional Aircraft Accessories nearly a decade ago when the company moved to a bigger facility at Space Coast Regional Airport.
