Embraer has appointed two new regional customer support and services managers. They are Mathieu Faenne, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Pedro Paiva, based in London, UK. As the company expands its authorized service center (ASC) network in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (the EMEA region), several new appointments have been made. Cologne, Germany-based Nayak Aircraft Services has been an ASC for the Phenom 100 and Phenom 300. Embraer has now authorized the company to provide line maintenance support for the Lineage 1000 jet at its Frankfurt facility and the Legacy 600 and 650 at its maintenance center in Milan, Italy. JCB Aero, from the southwest of France, and Inflite, based at London Stansted Airport, have been named Embraer authorized interior repair centers to cover warranties for customers in the EMEA region. And ExecuJet of Dubai, which is already an authorized service center for the Legacy series, has added the Phenom 300.
