Embraer has designated another Duncan Aviation facility as an authorized service center (ASC) for its Phenom 100 and 300. The Provo, Utah MRO, which began operations in October 2010, joins Duncan’s Lincoln, Neb., and Battle Creek, Mich., facilities. The Provo ASC is also slated to add the Legacy 600 and 650 in the near future. Like Duncan’s other Embraer authorized service centers, the Provo operation is authorized to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance up to and including the 48-month inspection, AOG support, troubleshooting, engine and APU removal and installation, warranty work, modifications and repairs and component replacement for the Embraer Phenom fleet. “As the Embraer executive jet fleet expands, we constantly strive to offer more convenient factory-authorized support options for our executive jet customers,” Scott Kalister, Embraer v-p for customer support, North America, told AIN. “We have unflagging respect for Duncan Aviation, a reputable, independently owned aircraft support facility in North America. Partnering with them again shows our commitment to providing excellence and professionalism to our customers flying in the Western region.” Embraer maintains a global service network for executive jets, comprising more than  40 Embraer-owned and authorized service centers worldwide.
