An FAA-conforming Honda Aircraft HondaJet will make its first public appearance next week at EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh, Wis. The aircraft will be unveiled on Monday morning in the Phillips 66 Plaza at the EAA AirVenture show grounds at Oshkosh Wittman Regional Airport. AirVenture will be held from July 29 to August 4.

Honda Aircraft president and CEO Michimasa Fujino and EAA chairman Jack Pelton are scheduled to make remarks during the program. After the ceremony, the HondaJet will be on static display for the rest of the week at Honda’s exhibit (Stand 407 to 416) alongside other Honda innovations, including daily demonstrations of Asimo, Honda’s humanoid robot.

Meanwhile, Cessna, Beechcraft and Piper, as well as other general aviation aircraft manufacturers, also plan to have a contingent of aircraft on display at EAA AirVenture. For the first time, an aviation job fair will be held at the show on Wednesday from noon to 3 p.m.
