The Gulfstream G650 was nominated this week for the National Aeronautic Association’s 2012 Robert J. Collier Trophy, which is awarded annually “for the greatest achievement in aeronautics or astronautics in America.” If it wins, this will be the second such award for Gulfstream, which received the 2003 Collier Trophy for developing the G550.
