AVWest Signs for Five Bombardier Global 6000s

Australia-based AVWest placed a firm order on Friday for five Global 6000s (née Global Express XRS), a deal worth approximately $292.5 million. The ultra-long-range jets will feature the new Bombardier Vision flight deck. Last June, AVWest placed firm orders for four Global 7000s and two Global 8000s. Besides being a “large Australian corporate jet operator,” AVWest also owns and operates the Perth Jet Centre FBO.
