O'Neill Out, Schultz In as CitationAir Chief

Bill Schultz, currently executive vice president and COO of CitationAir, will take over as president and CEO of the private air services company as of tomorrow. Steve O’Neill, the founder and current president of CitationAir, will be leaving the company effective November 1 and plans to continue to support both CitationAir and Scott Ernest, the CEO of CitationAir parent Cessna Aircraft, in an advisory capacity, the company told AIN.
